Despite the tranquility in this photo, it was taken in circumstances that was of the opposite nature. Voon, kev and i went to blackwall reach for some cliff diving. Yea. Thats right. Was pretty Damn awesome! Got the shakes.
People said it was impossible, so i had to bust it, i tied a cherry with my mouth in a knot.
Sitting at the table looking at the dim sum left overs i sigh in relief. Thanks to Trinh and barbs remembering me. I woke up this morning like every other morning, ate the usual breakfast, rode the train into work bleary eyed like the morning before. I get a call from Trinh. "anna? *muffle muffle." reception in the lifts were bad. "anna! Did u know our exam is today?!" my heart stopped as 8.35 ticked over on my watch. Panic. Its starts in 10 minutes at the ATP centre in mount lawley. Im in the CBD. The lift doors open at my reception, "lisa, Ive got to go im late for an exam i thought was tomorrow!" i raced to the streets, taxis are impossible in the morning, though the driving gods were in my favour and i was able to Hail one. Taxi driver was giving me tips on relaxing as i hastily flipped through my study notes, lucky i brought them with me. Sat the exam 15 mins late, completed it 4 hours later when time was up. Still trying to catch my Nerves. Nothing like dim sum to settle the head. Thanks girls for saving my ass.
So like we are on a long weekend away in mandurah with nothing else better to do but pass time with friends. Naturally, being equiped with an empty kitchen, free time and creative friends we thought we'd try something new. Adilee aka Big A suggested fruit vodka jelly shots! So i went to harvest the lemon trees in the backyard. This is the finished product! Note, use oranges instead of lemons. Lemons dont taste good.
I want a house by water so i can see sunsets like this every day.
Was supposed to be listening to GST and tax stuff... But my snack became animated. How could i not get distracted? Rest assured i gave them a good home! = D
Aw! It is as if i were back at uni! Lunch with some of my CCP class feels so good especially being in jeans and sneakers and eating my FRIED ICECREAM! Oh yea!
Hoorah for UWA prosh! These guys made it totally worth the donation. Though i think their costumes cost more to make than the actual paper itself... Yayness for morning cheer for a good cause, and for giving me something to blog about.
