I had bought a cup cake book at my law firm (as one does >.<) and I made cupcakes for Will... Heres some pics of how it turned out.

Overall... the cake is pretty alright... it is an apple cup cake, so the texture was more like a muffin than anything else... the Toffee was really sweet and taste really good with the icing and the cake.. but by itself... too sweet.
